Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out welding operations according to production requirements, technical drawings, welding procedures, and quality standards.

Salary will be offered based on skills, qualifications, and working experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly welding tasks under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.
• Follow welding procedures and production instructions to ensure the required quality standards are achieved.
• Prepare welding parts according to product name, model, specifications, technical drawings, and welding process instructions.
• Carry out welding operations according to the specified welding process.
• Ensure welding wires and materials are properly prepared before welding.
• Perform preheating, welding slag removal, and post-weld heat treatment when required.
• Inspect welded products and carry out necessary rework on defects such as pores, cracks, or incomplete penetration.
• Operate and maintain welding machines, ovens, and rolling platforms according to the equipment management procedures.
• Ensure all welding activities comply with production, quality, safety, and 5S requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year of welding experience.
• Experience and knowledge in MIG and MAG welding processes and standards.
• Able to perform gas welding operations independently.
• Able to read and understand welding drawings and technical specifications.
• Able to perform plate welding and clamping work independently.
• Knowledge of welding materials and process management.
• Valid welding certificate is required.
• Good understanding of production safety and 5S practices.
• Able to work independently and follow production instructions.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
