Job Summary

We are a private GP clinic seeking a Clinic Assistant who supports daily operations, manages patient records and appointments, and helps healthcare professionals deliver quality care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient service
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients
• Manage patient records and schedule appointments accurately using the clinic’s computer system
• Support doctors and healthcare staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance service experience

• Basic computer skills to operate clinic management software
