Job Description:
Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment.
Manage and source quotations, follow-up with contractors, and analyse costs.
Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation.
Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering.
Assist with the development of quotations on various projects.
Assist to prepare cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned.
Any other ad-hocs as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
Possesses integrity, initiative, and drive.
Highly self-motivated, independent, good communication skills, meticulous.
Able to work under a fast-paced environment, tight schedule, and pressure.
Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities.
Promptly reporting to a superior.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
