New Outlet Opening – Chonky Cookies, IOI City Mall

Chonky Cookies is opening a new outlet at IOI City Mall, and we're looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team!

If you enjoy working with people, love food & beverages, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cashier/POS transactions.
• Introduce and recommend our cookies, beverages, and other products to customers.
• Prepare, heat, pack, and serve cookies and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure all products are presented neatly and maintained at the right quality and freshness.
• Assist with daily outlet preparation, opening, and closing duties.
• Replenish cookies, beverages, packaging, and other outlet supplies when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, preparation area, dining area, and storage areas.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking, organising, and monitoring stock levels.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support the team during busy periods and ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cashiering procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Friendly, energetic, and enjoys interacting with customers
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Positive attitude and able to work well in a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced outlet environment
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
F&B or retail experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
