Job Description:

• Supervise Architectural / Facade installation works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety & environment regulations
• Review, update coordinate and generate all Architectural shop drawings
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and coordinate with site team to resolve technical issues
• Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters
• Coordinate and arrange necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities
• Assist to Architectural RTO / BCA inspection
• Planning and scheduling of Architectural / facade installation work progress
• Ensure all materials are in accordance to project specifications
• Liaise with Consultants for RFI and RFA
• Assist Project Manager in resolving drawing & site issues
• Handling technical problems and provide solutions
• Site management
• Manage group of workers and Supervisors at site

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Recognized by PEB Board/IES.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in similar role for Construction industry
• Able to work at construction worksite
• Able to work independently
• Able to work long hours
• Self motivated
