We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional at both Senior Associate or Manager levels to support the delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in project governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and project coordination, with exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and an understanding of AI and Data Analytics projects.

This role will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

• Support project governance, planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple technology initiatives.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, steering committee materials, and management updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
• Support resource planning, budget tracking, and project financial reporting.
• Assist in managing Azure-based technology projects and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Support AI and Data Analytics programmes by tracking project progress, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project metrics and performance dashboards using reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and PMO best practices.

Requirements

Senior Associate

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or technology consulting environments.
• Experience supporting technology, cloud, digital transformation, AI, or data analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models).
• Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, risk logs, RAID registers, and governance materials.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in PMO, project management, technology consulting, or transformation programme delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology, cloud transformation, AI, data analytics, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams across business and technology functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure-based projects, cloud transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology programmes is preferred.
• Advanced reporting and data visualization skills using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Certification, or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
