Our client is an established organisation investing in its HR analytics capabilities. It is seeking a hands-on HR Data & Analytics Specialist to provide meaningful workforce insights, improve reporting and help HR teams make better use of data.

Responsibilities

You will develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and HR reporting, translating workforce data into clear insights for HR and business stakeholders. As the analytics subject matter expert within HR, you will help stakeholders interpret trends, improve reporting and make more informed people decisions.

You will also support SuccessFactors data management and contribute to improving data quality, governance and reporting processes across HR.

Requirements

You have at least 3 years of experience across HR analytics, reporting, HRIS or data management, with strong hands-on Power BI capability. Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred, though strong candidates with exposure to other HRIS systems will also be considered. Analytical and detail-oriented, you enjoy working with data, solving problems and translating technical information into useful insights for HR stakeholders.
