RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
- To liaise with Production department for delivery sehedule on customer order.
- To monitor perfect delivery of customer's order.
- To prepare invoice, delivery order and other goods delivery document.
- To liaise with transport company on delivery issue.
- To comply with regulatory authorities such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Bomba and etc, if any.
- To comply and prepare ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC Standard and other certifications related documentation.
- Assist on Marine cargo Insurance for all LCL/FCL shipment and Inland transport monthly insurance.
- To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the management.
