Job Summary

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests, managing special requests, and resolving complaints promptly. Lead and motivate service staff to uphold brand and hygiene standards. Coordinate operations between kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely food delivery. Monitor inventory and assist with administrative tasks to support smooth F&B operations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and handle special requests to enhance customer satisfaction

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service quality

Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold brand standards and hygiene compliance

Coordinate communication between kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth and timely food delivery

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and cutlery to maintain adequate inventory

Assist with reporting and billing accuracy to support operational administration

Adapt to shift work schedules including weekends and public holidays to ensure continuous service coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Hands-on experience in F&B operations or supervisory roles

Strong leadership demonstrated by training and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment

Active problem-solving skills applied to resolve operational and customer service issues

Effective communication skills under pressure to coordinate teams and manage customer interactions
