We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Development Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our Business Development Manager in managing client relationships, business development activities, and day-to-day coordination across the Interior Design, Renovation, and related industries, including products, suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with business development and sales activities related to Interior Design, Renovation, and associated products and services.
• Support lead generation and follow-up with prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Coordinate client meetings and appointments.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and industry partners on behalf of the Business Development Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, products, samples, deliveries, and other business-related matters.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other relevant industry contacts.
• Assist with preparing quotations, presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
• Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Keep track of leads, client enquiries, meetings, and ongoing business opportunities.
• Support business development, marketing, procurement, and operational matters as required.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks to support the Business Development Manager and overall business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience in Interior Design, Renovation, Construction, Procurement, Marketing, Management, or other relevant industries will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, business analysis, personal relations, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other external parties.
• Organised, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong interest in Business Development and Management within the Interior Design and Renovation industry.
• Willing to take on both business development and personal/administrative support responsibilities.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
