*Please note that the work schedule for this position is 5.5 days/week.
Assist to implement, maintain and to continuously improve on the Quality Management System within the Healthcare Division; include update / maintain documentation
Assist to manage and ensure all quality control processes are in compliance to company's standard and customer’s requirements
Assist in the review of processes and workflow to improve operational effectiveness
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to assess quality performance, identify areas of improvement and monitor corrective and preventive measures
Support any external audits; to analyse the findings/observations and propose with improvement plans
Ensure that corrective actions taken are adequate and analyse quality records to identify for any adverse trends
Liaise with internal and external parties on Quality related issue
Plan and conduct Quality related training/ briefing when required
Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, participate in the tender bidding
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with facilities maintenance and project work.
Preferably 2 years of experience for Degree or 5 years of experience for Diploma
Preferably ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills
