OpenText App Works: BPM (Business Process Management) – Designing, modeling, and automating workflows to streamline business processes within App-Works. Entity Modeling – Defining data entities, attributes, and relationships to structure application data effectively. WS-App – Configuring and integrating REST/SOAP web services for communication between App-Works and external systems. OTDS (OpenText Directory Services) – Managing authentication, SSO, and user provisioning for secure access control. Java – Developing custom logic, service tasks, and extensions to enhance App-Works functionality. SQL – Writing queries and managing relational databases for data retrieval, reporting, and troubleshooting. Magellan Report – Creating dashboards and reports for analytics and business intelligence using integrated too.
