Receptionist + Pilates Instructor

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Pilates

• ⁠ ⁠Certified in Mat &/or Reformer Pilates
• ⁠ ⁠Confident teaching individual and group classes
• ⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Pilates principles, alignment and technique
• ⁠ ⁠Able to modify exercises for different fitness levels
• ⁠ ⁠Teaching experience preferred

Reception & Customer Service

• ⁠ ⁠Friendly, warm and professional personality
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable welcoming and assisting clients
• ⁠ ⁠Able to handle bookings, class schedules and payments
• ⁠ ⁠Able to respond to client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
• ⁠ ⁠Good at building positive relationships with clients

Personal Skills

• ⁠ ⁠Responsible, reliable and punctual
• ⁠ ⁠Well-organised and able to multitask
• ⁠ ⁠Positive attitude and willing to learn
