Position Overview

The intern will not only support routine departmental work but also actively participate in strategic HR initiatives—contributing to workforce planning, policy development, and data‑informed recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting departmental documents, including strategic HR reports, executive summaries, and presentations that support decision‑making.
Contribute to research and analysis for HR strategy projects.
Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal business units and external partners.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR‑related metrics to generate insights and recommendations for strategic improvement.
Prepare statistical summaries and dashboards that track key HR performance indicators, facilitating data‑driven strategy reviews.
