Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–5 years of hands-on field service experience, preferably in GSE, heavy equipment, aviation-related equipment, or industrial machinery.
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power systems.
Experience in equipment commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in a field environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with engineering or service management software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently in the field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams across different cultures.
Willing to travel internationally and work on-site at airports or customer facilities globally.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Possess a valid travel and flexibility for frequent international deployment.
A valid driver's license is required.

Job Description
Perform field service activities including installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance, modification, and repair of various GSE product at customer sites worldwide.
Work closely with internal engineers and customers to understand equipment specifications, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, or system issues.
Provide technical support and engineering solutions to customers during and after equipment deployment.
Conduct hands-on training for customers on proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
Identify, document, and report failure modes encountered in the field; determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare detailed technical reports, failure analysis reports, and service documentation for every completed task.
Coordinate and plan field service schedules in accordance with site conditions, customer requirements, and operational priorities.
Support equipment breakdowns and emergency service needs promptly, including outside of regular working hours when required.
Ensure all fieldwork adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management when operational necessity demands, including work outside the primary area of responsibility.
