As an Operations Executive, you will look at the work processes and administrative & logistical duties for our operation.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with overseas team in fulfilling sales orders and delivery of finished products into Singapore
• Manage and coordinate all logistics matters such as the storage and deliveries to customers with freight forwarder and delivery team
• Manage our ERP system and record operation documents
• Any other ad-hoc administration matters or projects

Requirements:

• Ability to connect the dots and see the big picture
• Basic understanding in accounting
• Leadership potential
• Ability to engage people at all levels, and possess good planning and organisational skills
• Meticulous
• IT Savvy
• Experiences preferred
