We are looking for dedicated professionals across construction, pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, workplace safety, aerospace, and marine industries — from registered engineers and technical officers to quality, validation, laboratory specialists, WSHOs, and marine/aerospace technicians. When you work with P-Con, you are represented by people who have worked in your field and understand exactly what your role demands.

Registered with IES as a Resident Engineer
Relevant engineering qualifications for the project scope
Experience in civil, structural, infrastructure or building works
Ability to supervise works per approved drawings and specs
Coordinates with QP, consultants, contractors, and client reps
Maintains site records, inspection reports, and progress updates
