Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence while managing workers, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
Monitor workers and subcontractors to enforce compliance with project requirements and safety standards
Assign daily tasks and manpower aligned with the construction schedule to optimize resource utilization
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide work execution
Track work progress and report project status accurately to the Project Manager
