Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Supervise kitchen operations and ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain cleanliness.
Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate with management on menu planning and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a chef or cook.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.
Adapt to a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment and stand for long hours.
Willing to work during public holiday and weekend.
Culinary certificate or relevant training preferred.
