Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
Configure and maintain Email server and AD Server
Support and troubleshoot SAP enterprise system issues, liaising with vendors or internal teams where necessary
Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and connectivity issues
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations
Maintain accurate documentation system configurations and resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant

Requirements

Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in an IT support or technician role
Working knowledge of SAP enterprise systems (functional or technical support experience preferred)
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and business software
Familiarity with network administration, including LAN/WAN setup, troubleshooting, and security basics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
