Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in HR Operations/ Shared Services environment in multi-national operations.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience administering an HR/payroll system (e.g., EMPLX or similar) is a MUST — not just Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Able to identify functional or feature gaps within the HRMS/payroll system and manually compute or adjust affected items to ensure payroll accuracy — the current system does not fully automate all payroll components, so manual calculation ability is essential.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of HR working experience.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of administration & human resource management and related function.
- Implement, impose and enforce HR Policies, Rules & Regulations and standard HR processes/procedures that align with the company's People Strategy and business objectives.
- Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct a new employee introduction and orientation program.
- Assist in identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needs.
- Oversee employee discipline and other compliance with company rules and policies.
- Manage OSHA related to HR
- Perform monthly payroll functions and ensure timely submission to bank and statutory deduction.
- Identify functional gaps or limitations in the HRMS payroll module and perform manual calculations/adjustments where the system output is incomplete or inaccurate, ensuring payroll remains accurate and compliant
- Meticulous and disciplined in maintaining accurate Master Data (employee records, payroll data, statutory submissions)
- Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve the current HR system and process development.
- Employee welfare arrangement including arranging for any company event, welfare entitlement, insurance and medical related.
- In-charge of general office administration duties for efficiently supporting the business operations
- To take on ad-hoc tasks as and when required
