Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to shoppers' and sellers' inquiries through various channels.
• Assist and address the issues such as orders, cancellations, refunds
• Suggest solutions and problem-solving on shoppers' issues and escalate the issues to the support team when needed.
• Work closely with the team to rectify and improve customer service guidelines and the fulfillment process.
• Keep records of shoppers interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on shoppers inquiries
• Handle changes in policies or renewals
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward shoppers and sellers at all times.
• To assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by the company, including support for weekend events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
