MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Meet with Clients to understand their requirements and propose maintenance and service accordingly.
- Prepare, follow up and negotiate with Clients on the proposal / quotation submitted.
- Schedule and coordinate with Clients on regular maintenance or ad-hoc repair works.
- Lead & manage a team of Technicians to carry out the service, overhaul, or refurbishment work for water /waste water treatment plants.
- Prepare and submit service report to Clients and follow up with payment.
- Provide feedback / suggestion for equipment performance improvement.
- Manage the site and conduct regular maintenance of service tools, and keep good housekeeping.
- Conduct tool box meeting, risk assessment and address safety concerns.
- Ensure all service undertaken meet the stipulated/ planned schedule and budget.
- Manage, improve, and upgrade the good relationship with new & existing clients.
- Other ad-hoc works as assigned.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in plant maintenance
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and team player
