Job Description
- Manage the publishing and launching of multiple mini-games simultaneously.
- Build and maintain launch schedules, operational processes, and release checklists.
- Coordinate with developers, creators, marketing teams, moderators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely releases.
- Establish each game’s live-operations plan from the ground up, including events, content updates, campaigns, and player-engagement activities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across in-game placements, social media, and community channels.
- Build and grow game communities while working closely with moderators to maintain consistent engagement and gather player feedback.
- Monitor game performance, player behavior, and community sentiment to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle launch issues, operational risks, and urgent escalations efficiently.
- Document best practices and continuously improve publishing and live-operations workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in UGC game communities is mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several games, deadlines, and campaigns at the same time.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable building new processes from scratch.
- User-driven mindset with the ability to turn player feedback and performance insights into action.
