Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders for the sales team
• Coordinate with project warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery ,Experience in Industries construction is a plus to sales support , customer service, administrative roles
• Maintain accurate records in and Excel Word file, Familiarity with Share Drive software systems
• Strong date entry and accuracy and document handling and filing .Liaise with customers on order status and follow-ups

Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation

Detail-oriented and process-driven

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Assist in monthly sales reporting and filing

Ability to speaks Mandarin , English, Tamil , may advantageous is a plus for client or workers liaison

Good written and verbal communication
