We're Hiring! Administration & Customer Service Executive

Location: The EST, Bangsar (just a 3-minute walk from the Bangsar LRT station!)
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300 | Contract Position

What You’ll Be Doing

As our frontliner, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting all visitors, guests, and customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing the reception/information counter and ensuring it is always presentable.
• Providing accurate directions and information as needed.
• Answering phone calls and handling inquiries with proper etiquette.
• Coordinating with security and other departments when necessary.
• Offering general administrative support, including filing and documentation.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• No prior experience? No problem! Full training will be provided.
• Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is a plus!
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Additional languages are a bonus!)
• Day shift (10am – 6pm), including weekends and public holidays (no night shifts).
