About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven candidate to manage and optimize digital commercial campaigns across our digital channels. You will work cross-functionally to drive sales performance, execute impactful campaigns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by planning and executing commercial campaigns across digital touchpoints.
• Act as the end-to-end campaign manager, coordinating with Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Analyse sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven actions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock readiness and operational excellence for campaign execution.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to align business priorities and drive execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Online Sales, Digital Marketing, or Omnichannel business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business opportunities.
• Experience managing cross-functional campaigns or commercial initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Contract role

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
