• Recommend and up-sell menu items as well as advice guests on any ongoing promotions.
• Take and serve food/drinks orders.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Check orders for presentation and quality, and rectify when necessary.
• Check on guest satisfaction and take repeated orders.
• Deliver checks and collect payment.
