The Solutions Engineer isresponsible for designing, implementing and supporting ICT infrastructure anddigital solutions for customers in Japan and overseas markets.
The role applies technical knowledge across enterprise networking, wireless andmobile carrier technologies, cloud connectivity, data-centre infrastructure andrelevant digital platforms to support business development, operationalimprovement and cross-border project delivery.
The position also acts as a technical coordination point between Japan and overseas group companies, promoting effective collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistent project execution.

A.
Network & Infrastructure Engineering
1. Design,implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
2. Developsolutions across relevant technology domains, which may include:
a. Enterprise LAN/WAN
b. IoT & Trade, Logistics andCustoms Digital Platforms
c. Wireless Infrastructure, Mobilecarrier networks, and ORAN solution
d. Cloud Connectivity
e. Data Center Networks
3. Conducttechnical assessments, architecture reviews, and infrastructure optimization.
4. Ensurescalability, security, reliability, and operational efficiency of deployedsolutions.
B. Solution Design & Technical Consulting
1. Gatherand analyze customer business and technical requirements.
2. Developend-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer objectives.
3. Supportproposal development and technical presentations.
4. Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to create innovative technologysolutions.

Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and projectexecution activities
C. Cross-Border Project Delivery
1. Providetechnical input and deliver assigned responsibilities throughout the projectlifecycle, including

2. Coordinatewith overseas subsidiaries, customers, vendors, and delivery teams.
3. Manageassigned technical deliverables and support the project manager in monitoringtechnical risks, implementation schedules and stakeholder communications.
4. Supportthe design and delivery of ICT and digital infrastructure solutions forcommercial and public-sector customers.

Support multinational and multicultural project teams.
D. Cross-Border Collaboration
1. Serve as a technical coordination point between Japan, overseasgroup companies, customers and project partners.
2. Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical collaboration acrossEXEO Group companies.
3. Support effective communication and alignment among cross-border stakeholders, taking into account differences in business practices, communication styles, quality standards, security requirements and operational approaches.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure, systems integration, network administration, cloud solutions or technical implementation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Experience in LAN/WAN, IOT, Data Center Networking is essential
Strong experience end to end process.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Japanese sufficient for business communication with clients and stakeholders.
