Location: Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8am to 12pm)

Job Description:
Maintain and update safety-related documentation, including risk assessments, safe work procedures (SWP), PTW records, inspection checklists, incident reports, and MOM audit records

Coordinate and support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports and dashboards

Track safety induction training records for all workers, staff, and visitors

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of safety toolbox meetings, briefings, and drills

Ensure accurate and timely submission of EHS documents

Support the management of EHS filing systems (both physical and digital)

Maintain registers for PPE issuance, site permits, hot work, confined space, and working-at-height

Liaise with subcontractors for timely submission of safety documentation and compliance checklists

Record and track safety observations, near misses, and non-conformances

Support audits, inspections, and MOM visits with necessary documentation

Ensure all EHS signage, evacuation plans, and notices are up to date on site

Support Safety Manager in coordination with HR for WSH-related training and certificate renewals (BCSS, CSOC, etc.)

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration

At least 2 years’ admin experience in construction projects; prior experience in cleanroom or semiconductor projects is a plus

Familiar with construction safety documents and procedures

Strong attention to detail and document control

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment

Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint

Good team player

Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
