岗位职责
Maison Kayser French style bread / pastry production (baguette, sourdough, ciabatta, croissants, cookies, quiche, lemon tarts, eclairs, cakes, etc) for 15 shops and B2B customers in factory of 7,000 square feet
In order to cope with our expansion, we are looking for a Overnight Shift Baking Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Operating ovens and monitoring baking times and temperatures
Product packaging and packing
Following all food safety and production guidelines
Cleaning and maintaining all baking equipment
Requirements:
Hardworking and willing to learn
Teamwork and good attitude
No experience will also be considered
Immediately available is preferred
Overnight Shift: 8:30pm-6:00am
Work location : Ap Lei Chau
Days off: 6 days off per 4 weeks / 12-18 days annual leave / 15 Statutory Holidays
