As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the project and site team and assist in the smooth daily operation of the construction site.

 What do we need from you (Job Requirements)

• Minimum education - SPM

• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia

• At least 3 year of working experience in related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Provide general administrative support to the site team.

• Handle filing and project documentation.

• Responsible to ensuring that all project documentation are up to date, tracked, and file properly

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Assist in preparing letters and other documents.

• Liaise with head office, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Liaison between the construction team and external parties (client, supplier, subcontractor & authority)
