Job Scope
Coordinate transport arrangements and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely deployment of equipment.
Liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams on site clearance and required documentation.
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms, providing prompt and professional support.
Provide pre-delivery and after-sales administrative support.
Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, commercial invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists and other required documents.
Manage export documentation and ensure all required documents are complete, accurate and properly maintained.
Maintain timely and accurate filing and documentation records.
Maintain up-to-date equipment certifications and related documentation.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales and operational records.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, planning, customer service, sales support or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based systems.
Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsible, detail-oriented and highly accountable.
Good time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Responding to work phone after office hour for urgent cases basis is required
