Job Summary

Handling of FCL export shipments by coordinating bookings and preparing shipping documentation. Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, principals, and shipping agents to facilitate smooth shipment operations. Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L) and cargo manifests, to maintain accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate bookings and communicate with customers, principals, and shipping agents to ensure smooth handling of FCL export shipments

Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and cargo manifests, to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations

Execute daily shipping operations and transactions accurately and timely to enhance operational efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize shipping workflows

Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant system software to support shipping operations and documentation management

Apply interpersonal and customer service skills to foster effective teamwork and maintain positive stakeholder relationships

Required competencies and certifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant system software

Demonstrated teamwork ability with strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field

Relevant working experience in a shipping company or freight forwarding company
