岗位职责

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage outlet operations during assigned shifts.
  • Allocate duties and coordinate team members to maintain smooth service.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, attendance and shift handovers.
  • Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness and workplace safety.
  • Support stock receiving, inventory counts and replenishment.
  • Assist with POS operations, cash reconciliation and daily operational records.
  • Train and guide team members on service procedures and company standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve routine service issues.
  • Report operational incidents, stock issues and staff matters to the Operations Manager.
Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage operations or supervisory experience.
  • No formal academic qualification required.
  • Good communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Able to organise shift duties and respond to operational issues.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Working Arrangement

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • 6 working days and 44 hours per week.
  • Shift work required.
