Job Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.

Maintain

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

records.

Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.

Assist with

GST computation and GST F5 preparation/filing

.

Perform monthly

bank reconciliation

.

Assist in preparing monthly cash-flow and debtor/creditor reports.

Process monthly

payroll

, including basic salary, overtime, allowances and deductions.

Prepare payslips and maintain payroll records.

Assist with

CPF and SDL submissions

.

Maintain records for foreign worker levy, insurance and other employee-related payments.

Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, OT, leave and employee information.

Liaise with external accountant/auditor and assist with

IRAS, CPF and other statutory matters

.

Maintain proper accounting and administrative documentation.

Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.

Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma/LCCI or relevant qualification in

Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

.

1–3 years of relevant Singapore accounts/payroll experience preferred.

Knowledge of

GST, GST F5, payroll, CPF, AP/AR and bank reconciliation

.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is an advantage.

Construction industry experience is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Good communication and organisational skills.
