岗位职责

  • Assisting sales team with administrative tasks and co-ordination.
  • Manage daily sales operations, including processing quotations / order / invoices and prepare documents for delivery.
  • Process PO / SO / DO and invoices
  • Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
  • Follow up with customers
  • Provide assistance and support to the sales manager / sales department
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
