About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Engineer to join a leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting equipment testing, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional engineering initiatives for advanced microelectronics assembly systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute performance evaluations, design validation testing, and equipment characterization on advanced assembly systems.

• Collaborate with R&D, process development, and field support teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine system performance.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, evaluation reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and customer evaluation setups.

• Provide technical feedback to product development teams to drive design-for-manufacturability and serviceability improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing industry.

• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, wire bonding, or die attach process technology.

• Tooling: Familiarity with data analysis tools, CAD software, or automated test platforms is advantageous.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
