Responsibilities
Regularly review and evaluate marketing and design deliverables across key regional markets—including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand —to ensure cross-market alignment and localized aesthetic excellence.
Review and grant final sign-off for all marketing materials (e.g., ad campaigns, social content, video productions, event graphics, and packaging) to guarantee visual consistency.
Establish, maintain, and evolve the comprehensive brand CI/VI guidelines, setting the benchmark for the company’s aesthetic tone.
Provide expert artistic direction to design and marketing teams, raising the aesthetic bar across all creative outputs.
Oversee every stage of execution—from concept to final deliverable—ensuring zero compromise on visual flaws or off-brand executions.
Based in Hong Kong, with occasional business travel to regional offices (e.g., Singapore, Thailand) as required for key projects and visual reviews.

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or a related creative discipline.
5 years of experience in art direction, design management, or brand visual strategy (regional APAC experience preferred).
Deep appreciation and understanding of the nuanced visual trends, consumer aesthetics, and cultural contexts in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand.
Deep mastery of typography, color theory, photography, and layout.
Ability to pinpoint visual flaws instantly, offer actionable guidance, and exercise final sign-off authority equivalent to director-level executive management.
Proven ability to translate complex marketing goals into high-impact visual narratives.
