· Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

· Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

· Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee efficiency

· Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

· Formulate strategic and operational objectives

· Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

· Manage budgets and forecasts

· Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

· Recruit, train and supervise staff

· Find ways to increase quality of service

· Minimum Bachelor's/Master's Degree

· At least Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development and operations management

· Ability to generate new projects and identify strategic areas for growth

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

· Strong commercial acumen and sound financial knowledge

· Computer savvy, with excellent oral and writing skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Manage resource allocation and utilization, including personnel and finances.

· Prepare and manage budgets for business operations and growth.

· Provide management with regular updates on business development and operations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
