Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls, prospecting, and outdoor sales visits
• Acquire new customers and promote international air and ocean freight services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on customer requirements
• Achieve monthly sales and profit targets while growing the customer base
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare monthly sales reports
