Job Responsibilities:

• Process sales order, sample orders, purchase orders, return orders, commercial/ proforma invoices and credit/ debit memos in SAP accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vendor master data in SAP.

• Manage customer complaints by creating and monitoring QNS in SAP and follow up with the relevant stakeholders until closure.

• Co-ordinate with plants, Supply Chain and Operations teams across various regions to ensure cargo availability, shipment scheduling and order fulfillment, supporting on-time delivery (OTIF) targets.

• Maintain effective communication with customers by providing timely updates on order status and proactively addressing any issues that may impact delivery.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve day-to-day operational issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, escalating any abnormalities or critical issues in a timely manner.

• Review and negotiate L/C terms with customers, and coordinate with the Operations team and banker to ensure accurate and timely document handling.

• Support the business by obtaining freight quotations, providing product/ technical documentation and customer questionnaires, as well as assisting with other commercial activities as required.

• Monitor and follow up on overdue AR with customers to facilitate timely collections.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pre-requisites :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain or a related field.

• Good knowledge of and hands-on experience in handling L/C.

• Proficient in SAP; experience with order processing and customer service modules is preferred.

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.

• Responsive, detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Resilient, adaptable and agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
