About the Roles

Join a Hardware & Engineering (Thermoplastic) organisation as an Engineering Technician based in Pioneer. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturday, 8.00am to 12.00pm. The role offers a basic salary of up to $4,500 with a variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain building facilities to ensure heating, lighting, and ventilation systems operate effectively.
• Perform general upkeep works, including painting, wall patching, plumbing repairs, air-conditioning servicing, and maintenance of electrical switches and fixtures.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to support smooth facility operations.
• Check and monitor building machinery and equipment on a regular basis.
• Identify and report any observed security concerns or asset-related issues.
• Follow emergency response procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with evacuation processes during emergency situations.
• Carry out other related maintenance duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance works.
• Able to perform general repair and maintenance tasks independently.
