• Knowledge of:
• ATE architecture
• Test program flow
• Pattern development

2. Digital Test Methodology

• Strong understanding of:
• JTAG
• BIST (Built-In Self-Test)
• HSIO (High-Speed I/O)

3. ATE Hardware & Loadboard Knowledge

• Experience in:
• ATE loadboard design
• Hardware interface and signal considerations
• Understanding of:
• Test hardware setup and validation

4. Programming & Automation Skills

• Strong coding/scripting experience in:
• C
• C++
• Python
• Perl
• Ruby
• Java

Used for:

• Test program development
• Pattern generation
• Debug automation
• Data analysis

5. Statistical Analysis & Data Interpretation

• Ability to:
• Analyze silicon/test data
• Identify yield trends and outliers
• Familiarity with:
• Statistical methods for characterization and manufacturing analysis

6. Computer Architecture Knowledge

• Solid understanding of:
• Processor architecture
• CPU subsystem behavior
• Modern computer systems

7. Operating System & Development Environment

• Comfortable working with:
• Linux
• Unix
• Windows
• Familiarity with:
• Version control systems
• Engineering workflows
