Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Graphic Designer / Design Team Lead.
• Assist the design team in adapting, resizing and preparing artwork according to different specifications, sizes and formats for various online and offline marketing materials.
• Assist in making artwork amendments and revisions based on feedback from the Senior Graphic Designer / Design Team Lead and project owners.
• Ensure artwork is properly aligned, formatted and consistent with brand guidelines before submission.
• Assist in checking artwork for spelling errors, alignment, spacing, image quality, colours, logos and other design elements.
• Prepare and organise working files, images, links and final artwork according to the team's file management guidelines.
• Support the team in ensuring artwork is completed accurately and within the agreed timelines.
• Work closely with Graphic Designers and other internal teams to understand artwork requirements and deliver the required output.
• Learn and apply basic design principles, production techniques and brand guidelines in daily artwork execution.
• Carry out any other design-related responsibilities as and when assigned by Senior Graphic Designer, Design Team Lead and/or management.

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge and working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects and/or basic video editing will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Good attention to detail and able to identify errors or inconsistencies in artwork.
• Basic understanding of digital and print artwork requirements will be an added advantage.
• Able to follow design instructions, brand guidelines and artwork specifications accurately.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assigned tasks.
• Willing to learn, accept feedback and continuously improve design and technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Display a positive can-do attitude, friendly personality and willingness to learn and grow in a professional design environment.
