Job Description & Requirements

Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other aircon maintenance supervisors in all duties of the aircon operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, schedule, and supervise aircon maintenance site staff.

Responsible for inspecting job sites for proper cleaning and inventory of cleaning supplies.

To attend to the client’s complaints promptly.

To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.

To be involved in the appointment of the Technicians

Train, instruct, and supervise the work of the Technicians

Ensure all works carried out by the Technicians, as set out in their Job Descriptions, are completed with due observation of appropriate Health & Safety requirements

Able to be hands-on when the situation requires, and other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

And any other responsibility in the office as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma and above

A minimum of 5 years of experience as on site supervisor or Foreman

Initiative and keenness to learn

Possesses strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
