C++ Engineer, Commodities Trading Systems, Singapore

Our client, a top-tier systematic trading firm is actively for a Senior C++ engineer to its central Commodities desk in Singapore. The desk is growing across Asian and global markets, and this seat builds the systems it trades on: pricing, quoting, execution, and the research stack that gets a new strategy from idea to live.

You sit with the traders and quants. When something you ship goes live, the desk tells you how it performed the same day.

What you'll build

• Pricing, quoting and execution components for the commodities desk
• Research and back testing tooling that turns trader ideas into production strategies
• Latency-sensitive code where the performance case is measured, not assumed
• The platform's architecture as the desk expands into new products and venues

Who fits

• 3+ years in C++ on low-latency, distributed or research-heavy systems
• Modern C++ with a working sense of what the language costs at runtime
• Strong fundamentals in OS, concurrency and data structures
• Python for tooling and research workflows
• Uses AI tooling well without letting quality slip
• Trading, derivatives or Spark experience helps but isn't required
