岗位职责

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

A key responsibility of this role is to develop architects and architectural practices as long-term partners by introducing our Affordable Luxury whole-home customisation solutions.

We bridge the gap between conventional local carpentry and high-end European furniture by combining globally sourced premium materials and hardware, including brands such as CLEAF, Blum and BASISTEM, with Singapore-based design and high-quality manufacturing in China. Our solutions are tailored specifically to Singapore homes and lifestyles, delivering refined design, quality and functionality at a commercially sensible price point.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate this value proposition confidently to architects, with a strong understanding of interior design, materials, customisation and project requirements.

Job Scope

Architect Channel Development

  1. Identify and develop relationships with architects and architectural practices in Singapore.
  2. Build a structured pipeline of target architectural firms and key architect relationships.
  3. Establish long-term partnerships that generate qualified residential project opportunities.
  4. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product or solution introductions with architects.
  5. Understand architects' upcoming projects, client profiles, design requirements, and project pipelines.
  6. Engage architects early in the design process to identify opportunities for our products and whole-home solutions.
  7. Develop architect accounts from initial contact into active, revenue-generating partnerships.
  8. Maintain regular engagement and systematically follow up on project opportunities.
  9. Grow the architect channel into a sustainable and scalable source of revenue.

Sales Target & Revenue Ownership

  1. Own and achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline from both architect-generated opportunities and direct customer leads.
  3. Take responsibility for opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and payment.
  4. Monitor pipeline value, conversion rates, average project value, and sales performance.
  5. Follow up proactively and consistently to move opportunities toward closing.
  6. Negotiate commercial terms within agreed parameters.
  7. Take clear ownership of revenue results rather than focusing solely on relationship development or lead generation.

Showroom Sales & Conversion

  1. Attend to scheduled appointments and qualified online leads visiting the showroom.
  2. Conduct customer consultations independently.
  3. Understand customer requirements and review their floor plans.
  4. Introduce relevant materials, finishes, products, cabinetry, and whole-home solutions.
  5. Develop an initial solution and design direction with the customer.
  6. Prepare or coordinate proposals and quotations.
  7. Follow up after the showroom consultation.
  8. Convert qualified enquiries into signed projects.
  9. Own the customer relationship after signing rather than simply handing the lead to another salesperson.
  10. Project Follow-Through
  11. Ensure that customer requirements, design intent, scope, budget, and commitments are clearly handed over to the internal team.
  12. Coordinate with designers, project teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
  13. Follow key design development, production, installation, and delivery milestones.
  14. Maintain the customer relationship throughout project execution.
  15. Support the resolution of customer, design, and commercial issues when required.
  16. Ensure that the solution sold to the customer is successfully translated into the final delivered project.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, Built Environment, or a related discipline.
