Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and responsible individual to provide general administrative support to the whole office, with primary support to the HR, Operations and Logistics departments.

Prior experience is not necessary. Training and guidance will be provided, and candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the office.
• Assist with Work Permit renewals, employee insurance matters and maintenance of employee records.
• Prepare letters, memos and other general correspondence.
• Assist with dormitory and accommodation arrangements for foreign employees.
• Maintain and update records, trackers, filing and other documentation.
• Attend meetings and assist with taking and preparing meeting minutes.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, forms and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with employees, departments, vendors and external parties when required.
• Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, Logistics and Management.
• Perform other general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior HR experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow up on assigned tasks.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply
