The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning and mobilisation through completion and handover

• Drive schedules, resources, budgets and milestones with accountability and discipline

• Build strong collaboration across clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams

• Uphold excellence in workmanship, quality, safety and project standards

• Coordinate procurement, materials and site logistics for seamless execution

• Solve challenges proactively with agility and a solutions-driven mindset

• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness and reliable delivery

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out, design & build or construction

• Strong project planning, site coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Good knowledge of quality control, site inspections and project delivery

• Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment

• Background in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
